Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 cover
In case you didn’t read Brian Reed‘s awesome mini-series Secret Invasion: Amazing Spider-Man, you won’t know that it was all about the new and seemingly familiar Jackpot of created in Amazing Spider-Man: Brand New Day. This year (or whatever time is between annuals), the Amazing Spider-Man Annual is focused on the one and only Jackpot and boy oh-effing-boy is it damn crazy.
Why? Because you finally find out who Jackpot is. You do. It’s quite a story… Thanks to good ol’ McGuggs…
BUT, before I give anything away, let’s take a jump and I’ll splurge all sorts of details…

Ms. Marvel #31 cover
Just like a few other titles, Ms. Marvel is out of Secret Invasion. As cool as Ms. Marvel’s tie-in was, I was ready for it to be done. But now, I don’t know where we are.
This month’s issue came straight out of no where. It’s got old-school references to things I don’t even understand and there are crazy plot twists that could be coming out of Secret Invasion and we don’t even know when this issue takes place and really that could change a lot of things!
So let’s proceed and after the jump, I’ll go into a bit more detail.

Marvel 1985 #5 cover
I’ve never read a comic book so fast in my life until I got Marvel 1985 #5 today. This month’s issue is seriously a weird one. Given, that it’s Mark Millar it’s golden and amazing but maybe something of unpolished good. Let me just say Mark Millar and Tommy Lee Edwards are a duo that have more power than any of us could imagine.
If you get my drift as to how this issue was, read on for some more fun stuff and a bit more of my understanding of this issue and my “how the hell is this going to end” predictions… this issue lead into a lot of things that… well they blew my mind.
**spoilers and some über fun after the break**
